I chose these because I want as much information as possible to help me be a better teacher and advocate.
Hi Andre, Thanks for sharing your additional resources! I clicked on a link for the Early Learning Org website and found an article entitled, "Teaching Compassion" by Tim Ryan. This really resonated with me because this is an area very near and dear to my heart. I help out with the food bank at my church and have taken my children along to help out. We are having our Royal Rangers and Missionettes groups bring in Christmas presents for the children of our food bank recipients. It is never too early to teach compassion for those less fortunate and to let our children see that we really can make a difference!
ReplyDeleteHi Andre, I enjoyed the Foundation for Early learning site. It had educational games, tips, events a lot of cool stuff. I just subscribed to their newsletter. Thank you!!!
